About Marugbo Soup Blend

Colloquially, Marugbo soup is called “Ondo native soup or Ondo black soup” in English. It is an Ancient Nigerian Black soup consumed for decades by the decendants of Nigerian and have over decades proven to have aid detoxification and sexual hormonal balance. Marugbo has variant also known as Black soup, Gbanunu, Eweta and Miyan Kukah in various parts of the country. “Gbanunu” a Yoruba phrase which directly translates to; “sweep-the-stomach-away” meaning to detoxify. The leaf is also called Eweta because of it's celestial spicy components. Our Marugbo Soup blend contains the following ingredients excluding our secret spice.
Marugbo Leaf (Clerodendrum Volubile) The iron content from the leaf , the hypertension reduction property of the bitter leaves and the scent leaves for it's anti inflammatory properties make this soup a great addition to your diet.
Gbafilo (Chrysobalanus icaco) are very important seeds been traditionally used for the preparation of traditional soup, blood pressure control, treatment of malaria fever and stomach disorder.
