The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) exams are a crucial milestone in the educational journey of students across West Africa, especially in Nigeria. These exams open doors to higher education, better career opportunities, and ultimately, a brighter future. However, the financial burden of exam fees can be a significant challenge for many families, limiting opportunities for deserving students.
In response to this, Marugbo is stepping in to join the existing industry change maker to make a difference. We are committing to pay the WAEC exam fees for a select group of deserving students. This initiative aims to ease the financial strain on students and their families, allowing them to focus on what truly matters: their education and the successful completion of their exams.

How it works

Each year, we will select a group of students from various regions in Nigeria who demonstrate exceptional academic promise and a strong desire to succeed. These students will receive full sponsorship for their WAEC exam fees, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder their ability to sit for the exam and pursue their academic goals. Looking ahead; This WAEC Fee Sponsorship initiative is only the beginning.
